Primarily responsible for Customer relations, product sourcing and quality control, Pat’s comprehensive understanding of best practice mattress manufacturing and his meticulous eye for quality and passion for excellent craftsmanship leads our unwavering commitment to comfort, durability, and customer satisfaction.

Rob McCaw is a customer-centric veteran with over 20 years of experience in the bedding components industry. Rob’s ethos is to prioritise quality in our products and customer service above all else. His commitment to our customers’ needs and satisfaction, paired with his “get-it-done” attitude, signifies to our reputation for excellence and reliability. With Rob at the helm, we continue to foster strong client relationships while delivering the quality products and services that are the corner-stone of our business.
